Ted Roth brings nearly 30 years of experience in construction management, owner’s representation, and real estate development, with extensive experience overseeing commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout New York and Florida.
Ted began his career in 1996 managing a stucco, drywall, and EIFS company in Naples, Florida. In 2006, he returned to New York and transitioned into owner’s representation, working with Alexico Group on several high-profile developments, including The Mark Hotel and Jean-Georges Restaurant, 56 Leonard Street, The Laurel, and 165 Charles Street.
Ted later served as Director of Construction for Sutton Management, where he oversaw two ground-up residential developments in Harlem and Washington Heights, as well as a five-story vertical addition to an existing bank building in Brooklyn. His owner’s representative experience also includes managing the redevelopment of a Florida condominium community following Hurricane Ian and overseeing the development of a 251-unit ground-up apartment complex in Fort Myers, Florida.
Throughout his career, Ted has developed a strong track record of navigating complex projects, resolving contractor disputes, and helping owners build the right teams to successfully deliver their projects.
Ted is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida, New York, and New Jersey and is certified in Property Management by the New York Real Estate Institute.
Outside of work, Ted enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and, most importantly, watching his children play sports.
