Maggie brings a strong financial and project management background to her role at The Walsh Company, where she plays an integral part in both pre-construction and project execution. Her responsibilities span a wide range of functions, including project management, pre-construction services, cost control, budgeting, schedule coordination, contract administration, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters. Maggie is known for her attention to detail, organized approach, and ability to balance financial oversight with the practical demands of construction operations.
Maggie earned her degree from Villanova School of Business in 2018, graduating with dual majors in Accounting and Real Estate. This academic foundation gave her a strong understanding of financial analysis, development processes, and the business side of construction, which she now applies daily in managing projects and supporting clients.
Prior to joining The Walsh Company, Maggie began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Real Estate Tax group, where she worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In this role, she was involved in tax compliance and consulting services for a wide range of real estate clients, gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Her time at PwC strengthened her analytical skills and reinforced the importance of accuracy, accountability, and client service.
Since joining The Walsh Company in 2021, Maggie has been heavily involved in pre-construction efforts and has successfully managed more than 250,000 square feet of renovation projects across multiple sectors. She collaborates closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to ensure accurate budgeting, clear communication, and seamless project delivery. Maggie’s ability to bridge the gap between financial strategy and field execution makes her a key asset to the Walsh team and a trusted partner to clients.
