Mr. Healy began his career in the building trades, gaining practical, hands-on experience that still informs his approach today. Following his formal education, he spent the first part of his career at Skanska USA Building, where he learned the importance project controls, procurement, field management, and cost control. Following Shanska, Mr. Healy worked for prominent real estate developers, nationally, and was involved with nearly every asset class in commercial real estate.

Mr. Healy has been involved with nearly $3bn in commercial real estate developments, including over 10MM SF of industrial developments. Mr. Healy also worked with some of the most distinguished real estate brokers in the country representing tenants on significant build-to-suit projects. Mr. Healy’s professional experience with transactions, lease negotiations, contractor selection, oversight of construction teams, operations, and turnover offers invaluable lessons learned and insight to our clients.
