Chloe previously interned at Danbro Properties, where she worked closely with the Vice President to analyze property value trends and demographic data in the multifamily housing market, providing key insights to support investment strategy and development planning. Most recently, Chloe where with Walsh Company, where she transitioned from an intern to a full-time team member, supporting both the estimating and project management teams by reviewing construction documents, conducting quantity takeoffs, and assisting with bid preparation for commercial construction projects. Chloe brings strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a problem-solving mindset that helps keep projects on track and teams aligned. Outside of work, she enjoy baking and trying out new recipes—so we may be in for some tasty treats.
