Bill’s portfolio is highlighted by substantial ground-up construction experience across office and warehouse developments. His expertise encompasses all phases of construction, including comprehensive sitework, core and shell construction, and full interior fit-outs. He possesses a thorough understanding of building systems, sequencing, and field operations, enabling him to effectively coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
