Thomas J. Walsh, P.E. currently serves as Interim President of The Walsh Company, returning to the firm to lead the organization during an exciting period of growth and transition. Tom assumed this role as Ed Walsh stepped into a new chapter of public service as the United States Ambassador to Ireland. His return brings steady leadership, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the company’s values and long-term goals.
Tom offers a wealth of experience in real estate development, construction, and investment, with a career spanning decades and multiple sectors. He has built a reputation for driving complex projects, cultivating strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
Throughout his career, Tom has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Principal of The Walsh Company; Founder and President of The Gale Construction Company; Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young; Principal and Managing Director at Normandy Real Estate Partners; and Managing Director at Advance Realty Investors. This diverse background allows him to bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to every aspect of the business.
