Avison Young worked with the Reed Academy as the Owner's Representative on the construction of a new 25,000 SF school located in Oakland New Jersey. AY managed the overall process including: project planning, budgeting construction management and value engineering. The single story building is equipped with state of the art educational technology as well as a child friendly environment conducive for learning. The design also includes a landscaped campus intended for student outdoor activities.
