The Walsh Company was retained by Hampshire Real Estate Companies as the General Contractor for the base building upgrades and tenant build-out at 1515 Broad Street, Bloomfield, New Jersey. The office complex is comprised of four buildings, totaling 280,082 SF. Base building upgrades included new package RTU's for heating and cooling, site work which included new PSE&G service, parking lot paving, new light poles, and landscaping. The existing windows and brick façade on the buildings were modified to incorporate new and bigger window frames and glass. The existing roof was replaced with a TPO white roof system. In addition to upgrading the buildings to a Class A office space, The Walsh Company also built a 6,833 SF café and a 2,659 SF fitness center for tenant use.
