The Walsh Company worked with Claremont Corporate Center, LLC as the Owner's Representative on the construction of a new 40,000 SF building and two story 40,000 SF subgrade parking garage. The project, located in Summit, New Jersey, involved the redevelopment of a historic mansion built at the turn of the century.
