The Riverside Development at 333 Grove Street in Newton, MA is proposed on a portion of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's Riverside Station. The development proposed is a mixed use of approximately 875,000 SF, including 550,000 SF of office space, 60,000 SF of retail, and 240 residential units.
The Walsh Company is providing development services for this project, including developing preliminary budgets and schedules, coordinating and monitoring all consultant activities during the design phase, and managing the permitting and approvals process. The Walsh Company is also supporting BH Normandy in the marketing of the proposed development to potential tenants.
