The Walsh Company worked with Hampshire Real Estate Companies as the Owner's Representative on the renovation of a 48,000 SF building located in New Providence, New Jersey. Walsh performed alterations and renovations to the building facade which included new curtain walls,  redesigned entrances and roof repairs & maintenance.
