The Concord Meadows development in Concord, MA is proposed on an existing site adjacent to an existing building. The development proposed is one three floor office building that is approximately 130,000 SF and one three floor office building that is approximately 70,000 SF, as well as reconfiguration of the parking and site improvements.
The Walsh Company is providing development services for this project, including developing preliminary budgets and schedules, coordinating and monitoring all consultant activities during the design phase, and managing the permitting and approvals process. The Walsh Company is also supporting Normandy Real Estate Partners in the marketing of the proposed development to potential tenants.
