Normandy Real Estate Partners retained The Walsh Company as General Contractor for the construction of a new 2,000 SF café located at 20 Independence Blvd. located in Warren, New Jersey. The scope of work included obtaining health department approvals, acquiring all permits and inspections, hiring and overseeing of all applicable trade contractors, purchasing of all kitchen equipment and coordination of all furniture deliveries and installation. Walsh also managed the renovation of several of the common areas including upgrades to the third floor bathrooms, new carpet on second and fourth floors, new lighting and finishes on fourth floor and new flooring and finishes in the main lobby.
