The Walsh Company was hired by Seagis Property Group as Owner's Representative for the redevelopment of a 400,000 SF industrial site located on Route 1 in North Brunswick, New Jersey. The project consisted of two-phases that began with the sitework of a building supply distribution center and ended with the interior renovation of industrial space.
