Newmark Knight Frank relocated their office to a new 10,000 SF office space located at 301 Route 17 North, 10th Floor in Rutherford, New Jersey. The Walsh Company was the General Contractor responsible for obtaining all permits and inspections, hiring and overseeing of all applicable trade contractors, coordination of all furniture deliveries and installation and coordination of client-hired contractors. The Walsh Company maintained the same responsibilities when Newmark Knight Frank acquired 2,000 SF of expansion space.
