The Walsh Company was the Owner's Representative for Normandy Real Estate Partners on the renovation of Marlborough Technology Park. The 85 acres office park consists of 7 buildings totaling 573,576 SF of Class A office space. The renovation included new lobbies, restrooms, signage, landscaping, and a new tenant amenities suite with a full service cafeteria, complete fitness center, training room, and a conference room facility.
