275 Albany Street in the South End is proposed to include two hotels: a 16-story select service hotel, which will include a restaurant on its first floor, located along Travelers Street with views to downtown, and a 9-story extended-stay hotel facing East Berkeley Street and Albany Street. Together, the hotels will have approximately 408 rooms. A pool, amenity space, green terrace, and a 3-level, above-ground parking garage with approximately 137 parking spaces will serve both hotels.
The Walsh Company is providing development services for this project, including developing preliminary budgets and schedule, coordinating and monitoring all consultant activities during the design phase, and managing the permitting and approvals process (BRA, BTD, PIC, ISD, MEPA, etc.).
