As the Owner's Representative for 375 Mount Pleasant Avenue, LLC, The Walsh Company provided Project Management Services for the development of Mount Pleasant Medical, a new 100,000 sf facility located in West Orange, New Jersey.  Services provided include: project management, tenant coordination, budget development and bid selection process.
