The Walsh Company provided Tenant Representation Services for Bollinger Insurance on the interior build-out of their new 70,000 sq. ft. facility located at 101 JFK Parkway, Short Hills, New Jersey. The renovations consisted of extensive traditional millwork finishes indicative of the insurance industry combined with new world technologies providing a collaborative work environment. Walsh managed the overall process including: project planning, budgeting, value engineering, construction, telephone and data coordination, furniture procurement, etc.
