This Corporate Headquarters facility for Sun Chemical North America, located in Parsippany, NJ represents Sun's commitment to technology, the production of quality products and employee focus. The Walsh Company assisted in identifying and obtaining the appropriate site and conducted negotiations with the building's Landlord. In addition, we were responsible for the oversight of the design, construction and relocation to this 65,800 SF space. The Walsh Company was instrumental in facilitating extensive renovations to the building's site and façade and managing the construction of a state of the art conferencing center, corporate fitness facility and cafeteria serving not only Sun Chemical but all of the building's occupants.
