Avison Young provided Tenant Representation Services for The Medicines Company on the interior build-out of their new 173,000 sq. ft. facility located at 8 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, New Jersey. Avison Young managed the overall process including: project planning, budgeting, value engineering, construction, telephone and data coordination, furniture procurement, etc. The facility's design includes new state of the art training and fitness centers, and cafeteria.
