As the Owner's Representative for the Interfaith Food Pantry, The Walsh Company provided Entitlement and Construction Management Services for the construction of a new 13,502 SF building located within the Morris County Greystone Park Complex. The relocation and construction of this new facility is vital in assisting Morris County residents in need of supplemental and /or emergency non-perishable food. Some of the features include a warehouse area that will accommodate pallet racking and handling equipment to store and distribute the volume of food IFP is currently processing, approximately 13,000 pounds of food per week. A client waiting area and a small working kitchen with an attached classroom will enable IFP to expand their nutritional, educational and outreach programs.
