The Walsh Company served as the Owner's Representative for Normandy Real Estate Partners to build a 105,000 SF office building called Overlook Center. The six-story building is adjacent to Route 128 and features a glass wall topped with an illuminated mast which is visible to commuters traveling north and south. The building contains a two-story lobby, concierge, cafe, fitness center and a four-level parking garage.
