As the Owner's Representative for Hampshire Real Estate Companies, The Walsh Company managed the overall redevelopment of 345 Main Street located in Madison, New Jersey. The project consisted of the complete redevelopment of the property including the demolition of the existing single story, 13,000 sq. ft. flex building and the construction of a new 2-story, 20,000 sq. ft. medical office building.
