The Walsh Company worked with Normandy Real Estate Partners to develop Atlantic City's first non-gaming boutique hotel in sixty years, The Chelsea. The 330 room hotel features a soft water swimming pool, luxury spa, and two Steven Starr restaurants: Chelsea Prime and Teplitskies. The hotel is now open for business.
