Hampshire Real Estate Companies retained The Walsh Company as General Contractor for the complete renovation of this existing 60,000 SF single story office building. The building exterior was stripped down to the structural steel and a new glass wall system was installed. A combination new roof included both rubber and standing seam metal. New package roof top units were also installed for heating and cooling. The existing parking lot was repaved and landscaping was upgraded to Class A office standards.
