The Walsh Company just recently completed a $1.7M renovation of the 5 story main lobby at 99 Summer Street, Normandy's downtown office. The four month renovation included major enhancements, such as custom light fixtures, 15 large pieces of aluminum mounted photography of prominent buildings in the city of Boston and dramatic landscaping to fill the many existing marble planters. Another exciting addition to the lobby is a circular security desk with a 15 foot radius constructed of glass and dark wood. Minor improvements included new paint, carpet, furniture and signage.
