The Walsh Company provided Tenant Representation Services for Octapharma, USA on the relocation of their headquarters facility from Virginia to Hoboken, New Jersey.  In addition to managing the entire move, Walsh,  oversaw and coordinated the design and construction of the existing 15,000 SF space overlooking the Hudson River, providing value engineering to keep high-end design costs reasonable.  Ted Moudis Associates designed an elegant, modern space using Vitra furniture imported from Italy and AMA Engineers designed all mechanical systems. Stat-of-the-art audio visual systems include a divisible room with a “Skyfold”, graphic eye, and Crestron control systems.  The project was completed Feburary 2008.
