Newmark Knight Frank recently relocated their office to a new 10,000 SF office space located at 301 Route 17 North, 10th Floor in Rutherford, New Jersey. The Walsh Company was contracted as a General Contractor responsible for obtaining all permits and inspections, hiring and overseeing of all applicable trade contractors, coordination of all furniture deliveries and installation and coordination of client-hired contractors. The Walsh Company maintained the same responsibilities when Newmark Knight Frank acquired 2,000 SF of expansion space.
