The Walsh Company was contracted by EMM Group to provide Construction Management services for their new restaurant, Abe & Arthur’s, and nightclub, Simyone, located in the trendy Meatpacking District of New York City.  Designed by ICRAVE, the 6,000SF restaurant includes a main dining room with a large second floor mezzanine.  The club, which is located in the basement level, is 4,000SF.  In addition to Construction Management, The Walsh Company managed the procurement of EMM’s FF&E package.  This included ordering of all the fabrics, coordinating the purchase, construction, and/or refurbishing of all the tables, chairs and banquettes for both the restaurant and club, and the purchase of the decorative lighting package.
