The Walsh Company provided Tenant Representation Services for Quest Diagnostics on their office relocation from Lyndhurst, New Jersey to Giralda Farms, Madison, New Jersey. Additionally, Walsh worked with Rexcorp, who acted as the construction manager on the partial renovation of Quest's new 141,000 sq. ft. office space. This project consisted of upgrades to the existing lobby, café, conference, training and dining areas, as well as a complete renovation of the 4th floor executive level.
