 The Walsh Company provided Tenant Representation Services and Construction Management Services for Wyndham Worldwide on the build-out of their new headquarters facility located in Parsippany, New Jersey. Walsh managed the overall process including: project planning, budgeting and value engineering. This 250,000 sq. ft. three-story building is equipped with a Class A training center, fitness center, health services, credit union, coffee bar and café.
