The Walsh Company Opens Westchester Office

The Walsh Company has expanded their demographics into New York's Westchester area. The recent acquisition of three million square feet known as “The Platinum Mile” by Normandy Real Estate Partners has provided The Walsh Company the opportunity to open a new office in this market. Normandy has named the Walsh Company as their Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for this portfolio.

Along with the opening of the new satellite office, Walsh has retained three employees from the previous owner Kevin Mire, Senior Project Manager, Joseph Polise, Project Manager and Bert Padovan, Construction Superintendent all of which will be responsible for managing the work within the portfolio.
