The Walsh Company Represents North Jersey Media Group on Their Office Relocation

The Walsh Company represented North Jersey Media Group on the relocation of their office and production facility into a newly renovated 46,000 SF space consisting of four floors located at 1 Garret Mountain Plaza, Woodland Park, New Jersey. The Walsh Company provided both Project Management and Construction Management services for this project.

Walsh worked with North Jersey Media Group's Real Estate team, NA Hanson and Mountain Development Corporation in assisting with building due diligence, lease renewal negotiations, space analysis programming. Walsh also managed the architectural and mechanical engineering professionals as well as developed project budgets for the various options available. This phased project commenced in January 2009 and was completed in March 2009.

As the Construction Manager, The Walsh Company solicited multiple sub-contractor proposals for each trade, provided bid leveling / qualification review to ensure bid completeness and accuracy and project supervision. This project uniquely demonstrated the multi-faceted services provided by The Walsh Company.
