As your single point of contact, The Walsh Company will handle all of your Real Estate acquisition and Project Management needs. We will guide you through the process of acquiring your new office by assisting you in site selection, lease negotiation and tenant build-out requirements. In addition, we will define the project budget, schedule and scope of work while leading you through the selection process for all of your start-up needs including furniture, marketing materials and required accessories. We will also coordinate the build-out of your new office space from lease signing to completion and oversee the delivery and installation of all your furniture, equipment and network system.
This interactive website has been developed to assist you in making the necessary choices quickly and efficiently with pre-screened, pre-approved Jackson Hewitt vendors. As your Project Manager, we will walk you through this selection process. We will then coordinate your order with all of the vendors and contractors, provide you with critical dates and an overall project budget as well as weekly updates on the project schedule. Furthermore, we will act as your advocate communicating your needs with your new Landlord. We have the expertise to troubleshoot when necessary but more importantly, to anticipate issues before they become problems. Your new Jackson Hewitt home will be delivered on time and within budget.
