The Walsh Company worked with FSMC to identify an appropriate method in which to accomplish their project goals. After an extensive evaluation, it was determined that the needs of this long standing, non-profit organization would best be served by constructing a new 18,500 SF combination office/counseling center on a building lot adjoining their existing site. The Walsh Company aided in obtaining all approvals and oversaw all design and construction of the building's core and shell. Subsequently, due to budget requirements, The Walsh Company assumed responsibility for the design and build out of the tenant interiors. Our extensive industry contacts enabled us to control project costs through vendor donations and assistance.
