The Walsh Company is working with Normandy Real Estate Partners as the Owner's Representative to undertake the historic renovation of this $40 million, 120,000 sq. ft. office building located in the financial district of downtown Boston. The AMES building, one of the city's first skyscrapers towering 14 stories high, will soon be converted into a four star boutique hotel. The interiors will feature 120 luxury rooms, private dining and an upscale full service restaurant.
