Kevin Mire is a Senior Project Manager at The Walsh Company and is responsible for overseeing Construction Management, Owner Representation and Development projects throughout New Jersey. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry Kevin’s extensive background and knowledge in budgeting, value engineering, negotiating and awarding contracts add value to the projects he manages ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Prior to joining The Walsh Company, Kevin served as Co-Director of New Jersey Construction & Development for Reckson/RexCorp in Short Hills, New Jersey for 5 years. He was also employed with Turner Construction Company in New York City for 5 years as a Project Manager where he managed projects for several reputable clients such as US Securities and Exchange Commission, American Express, PriceWaterhouse Coopers and the American Stock Exchange.

Kevin graduated from Miami University (of Ohio) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology and from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is an active member of USGBC and The March of Dimes New Jersey Real Estate Committee.
