Allison Arnold is a Senior Project Manager at The Walsh Company responsible for project management related activities for Walsh’s larger corporate interiors projects. Through effective communication with her clients, Allison is able to define project objectives and develop a budget, schedule and communications plan to successfully manage a project from conception to completion.
Prior to joining The Walsh Company, Allison served as Director of Facilities for Ajilon Staffing where she was responsible for the re-branding of 150 offices throughout the United States while managing the day-to-day operations of Ajilon’s corporate headquarters. Directing a team of five coordinators, Allison was able to deliver 4-5 sites per month keeping this high profile project on schedule and within budget. Preceding Ajilon, Allison served as Manager of Office Operations for Fournier Pharma. She was responsible for overseeing the build-out of their US based corporate office, selecting and ordering furniture and managing their relocation. In addition to her facilities role, Allison assisted the President and VP of Sales on the coordination of National Sales conferences for 200+ sales associates. Allison developed and tracked the budget, selected venues and handled the communication for these conferences.
