Christopher K. Richter, P.E., P.P.
Senior Vice President, Development

As Senior Vice President of Development, Chris Richter is responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development and entitlement process. Chris has over twenty years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, land planning, project management and real estate development.

Chris began his career in 1985 with Boswell Engineering as a Civil Engineer. From 1991 thru 2001, he served as Principal for Bohler Engineering where he was involved in the planning and design of numerous commercial projects and managed a design team responsible for over $10M in annual design contracts. After transitioning from a career in civil engineering, Chris served as Senior Project Manager for a retail development company where he was responsible for the design and construction of large scale, retail developments throughout the Northeastern United States.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a Masters in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. In addition, he is a registered Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, as well as a Licensed Planner in the state of New Jersey.
