Thomas J. Walsh, P.E.
Managing Principal
As a Managing Principal of the Firm, Tom Walsh oversees all of the Firm’s activities, which include: Project Management, Development, and Construction.
Prior to joining The Walsh Company Tom was a Principal at Normandy Real Estate Partners in charge of the Firm’s development and construction activities throughout the Northeast. Prior to that, he was a Co-founder and President of The Gale Construction Company. In this role, Tom was responsible for the design and construction of the Firm’s development projects as well as creating and overseeing the Construction Division that provided general contracting and construction management services to third party clients, including many Fortune 500 companies.
Tom has over 35 years of experience in the industry and has constructed and developed over 35 million SF of product. He received his Bachelors Engineering Degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey.
